Together with many other organizations, we are working in the Federal Association for the Development of Democracy (BAGD) to promote democracy on a permanent basis. We have already led the way with proposals, legal opinions and our own draft law and are pleased that this coalition is finally implementing the plan. However, we believe that the BMFSFJ's and BMI's draft legislation, which is now on the table, needs to be revised in key points.
