In episode 13 of our podcast, we talk to Dr. Anton Hieke, program coordinator of the Ilan - Educational Program on Jewish Tradition in Saxony-Anhalt at the Seminar for Jewish Studies at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. We will take a look at Jewish life in Saxony-Anhalt. We will also look at the educational work of the Ilan Project on Jewish tradition in the past and present. And we explore the question of how this can contribute to the confrontation with anti-Semitism.
